This will be a 4 night trip, leaving Thur Mar 26th, Riding FRI-SUN & half day on MON, returning back to NorCal on Mon March 30th, 2020

Its this time of the year again -Join us on our 7th Annual NorCal Snowboarders trip to UTAH to Canyons, Park City, Snowbasin, Snowbird, and ALTA!!

This will be a 4 night trip, arriving Mon Mar 9, Riding Tues-Fri, returning back on Friday Mar 13. (Departure time should be in the evening so you can ride a full day.)

Total cost for this trip is as follows:

We'll be staying at Timber Moose Lodge in Heber, Utah . Should you wish to have your own bed (cost will be additional), let me know and I can make the arrangements. BE PREPARED TO SHARE QUEEN BEDS!!

Cabin can sleep 56 comfortably in the rooms. There will be no sleeping on couches, or floors in the common rooms.

This will be a 12 day trip, leaving Thur Jan 31st (arriving Feb 1), riding 5 days at the Hakuba Valley Resorts in Japan with breakfast every morning at our accommodations. Followed by a day trip to Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park (lunch included) before taking a bullet train to Tokyo. Our snowboard bags will be shipped from Hakuba Valley to Narita airport allowing us to travel light while we spend a few days in Tokyo. We will stay in Tokyo for 3 nights (2 full days) where we will be free to explore Japan's busy capital, before heading home.

This will be a 10 day trip, leaving Thur Jan 31st (arriving Feb 1), riding 4 days at the Hakuba Valley Resorts in Japan with breakfast every morning at our accommodations. Followed by a day trip to Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park (lunch included) before taking a bullet train to Tokyo. Our snowboard bags will be shipped from Hakuba Valley to Narita airport allowing us to travel light while we spend a few days in Tokyo. We will stay in Tokyo for 3 nights (2 full days) where we will be free to explore Japan's busy capital, before heading home.

It's once again that time of year for NorCal Snowboarders to show our love for the outdoors and enjoy the beautiful, exotic Country of Thailand!! -6th Annual NorCal Bachelor Trip-

Its this time of the year again - NorCal Snowboarders are getting ready for another epic trip to Mt. Bachelor in Oregon!

Here are all the basic details:

This will be a 4 day trip, leaving Saturday, March 31st, arriving in Bend, Oregon Saturday eve. We will be riding Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (weekday riding = no lines!), returning back to NorCal on Tuesday night.

Total cost for this trip is as follows: 

$495 This includes almost EVERYTHING... gas for your driver, lodging for 3 nights (Sat, Sun, and Mon; cabin-style rooms with full kitchens, fireplace and access to the jacuzzi), 3 lift tickets (Sun, Mon and Tue), and a NorCal Snowboarders Shirt/Tank. Your only added expenses will be your meals and any additional entertainment you wish to partake in (bars, restaurants, etc.)

$445 The only difference for this option is if you plan to attended a Teton Gravity movie (which comes with a complimentary Sunday-Friday day lift tick which you can use), or choose to only ride 2 days. So you will only need 2-day lift ticket (Sat & Sun) which brings the cost lower to $445. Everything from above (gas, lodging, etc) stays the same.

CARPOOL:

We'll be carpooling up to Bend Oregon, which is about a 8 hour drive. If you are willing to drive, please state in your RSVP how many you can take COMFORTABLY with gear. The carpool fee is $120 to cover your round trip.(Drivers cost for the trip will be $120 lower since they are not paying a carpool fee)

Please be aware that we will be leaving Oregon on Tuesday afternoon after a day of boarding/skiing, so those who don't feel they can handle the 8 hour drive should not volunteer.

LODGING:

We'll be staying at Mount Bachelor Village Resort which put us up the last 5 years. It's a great resort offering Ski House lofts with full kitchens, Fireplace, Washer & Dryer, and just a short drive to both Downtown Bend, as well as to the mountain. Each Ski House sleeps 5-7 people. PLEASE BE READY TO SHARE QUEEN or KING beds. Should you wish to have your own bed (cost will be additional), let me know and I can make the arrangements.

Cabin can sleep 52 comfortably in the rooms, in order to keep the cost down for EVERYONE, we can hold up to 70 but any person rsvping after 56 will be on the 2nd level in large banquet room. There will be no sleeping on couches, or floors in the common rooms.

CARPOOL INFO:

One carpool will meet at 1pm Friday, and depart at 1:15pm

One carpool will meet at 5pm Friday, and depart at 5:15pm

Come join the crew as we venture into the Eastern Sierra foothills.  We will meet at 1:00pm and 5:00pm in El Dorado Hills, leave at 1:15pm and 5:15pm and make our way to Jenksinson Lake Campgrounds off HWY 50 & Sly Park Rd.

It'll be a 2 night stay arriving on July 28th(FRI), and returning July 30th(SUN).

Campground is located 3.8 miles off Sly Park Rd. with access to the Waterfall (less than 3/4 mile away), Coin operated showers (quarter per minute) and a general store will be available in the entrance to the camping resort (about 3 miles from our campsite), and it is a pet friendly environment (however, your pet should be kept on a leash & there is a $5 charge per pet, pets are NOT allowed in the lake.)

We have the KAMLOOP campsite area (Sites 178, 179, 180, 181, 182, 183, 185, and 186). There is an 8 person limitation per campsite, there is 1 vehicle allowed per campsite, carpool vehicles will get first consideration for all 8 campsites. Additional parking lot available as well for $13 per night. So carpooling is highly encouraged!! 

We will designate an area as the HANGOUT area where we all chill by the fire, roast smores, play games like Flip Cup, Phase 10, and drink alcohol, using the beer-bong of course :P. The maximum attendance is 64, so it's a first come, first serve basis. :)

Small personal watercraft EXCEPT Jet Ski's are allowed on Jenkinson lake (kayaks, paddle boards, canoes,  boats, etc...), so if you have one, feel free to bring it.

Everyone will be responsible for their own food, so feel free to hit someone up to share food and stay in their tent if you don't have one.

Remember to pack "light n' tight" to save room for carpools.

-NCS European Adventure-

It's once again that time of year for NorCal Snowboarders to show our love for the outdoors and enjoy Europe!! We will fly to Vienna, then travel down to Slovenia and finish the trip in Croatia. Flights are VERY limited, so book your flights ASAP!!

You are responsible for your own flights. There is no arrival window since we will not have vehicles in Vienna. You can arrive at anytime on 5/18. Please make sure you fly into Vienna (VIE) and fly out of Dubrovnik (DBV)
