-6th Annual NorCal Bachelor Trip-

Its this time of the year again - NorCal Snowboarders are getting ready for another epic trip to Mt. Bachelor in Oregon!

Here are all the basic details:

This will be a 4 day trip, leaving Saturday, March 31st, arriving in Bend, Oregon Saturday eve. We will be riding Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (weekday riding = no lines!), returning back to NorCal on Tuesday night.

Total cost for this trip is as follows: 

$495 This includes almost EVERYTHING... gas for your driver, lodging for 3 nights (Sat, Sun, and Mon; cabin-style rooms with full kitchens, fireplace and access to the jacuzzi), 3 lift tickets (Sun, Mon and Tue), and a NorCal Snowboarders Shirt/Tank. Your only added expenses will be your meals and any additional entertainment you wish to partake in (bars, restaurants, etc.)

$445 The only difference for this option is if you plan to attended a Teton Gravity movie (which comes with a complimentary Sunday-Friday day lift tick which you can use), or choose to only ride 2 days. So you will only need 2-day lift ticket (Sat & Sun) which brings the cost lower to $445. Everything from above (gas, lodging, etc) stays the same.

CARPOOL:

We'll be carpooling up to Bend Oregon, which is about a 8 hour drive. If you are willing to drive, please state in your RSVP how many you can take COMFORTABLY with gear. The carpool fee is $120 to cover your round trip.(Drivers cost for the trip will be $120 lower since they are not paying a carpool fee)

Please be aware that we will be leaving Oregon on Tuesday afternoon after a day of boarding/skiing, so those who don't feel they can handle the 8 hour drive should not volunteer.

LODGING:

We'll be staying at Mount Bachelor Village Resort which put us up the last 5 years. It's a great resort offering Ski House lofts with full kitchens, Fireplace, Washer & Dryer, and just a short drive to both Downtown Bend, as well as to the mountain. Each Ski House sleeps 5-7 people. PLEASE BE READY TO SHARE QUEEN or KING beds. Should you wish to have your own bed (cost will be additional), let me know and I can make the arrangements. 

HOW TO JOIN:

There are small number of open spaces for this trip, so if you want in, you MUST PUT IN YOUR INITIAL INSTALLMENT as you RSVP.  Simply RSVPing on Meetup DOES NOT guarantee you a spot!

If you're interested in this trip, you'll need to place your first deposit of $140 upon RSVP.

The next $135 installment will be due Friday, November 24th, another $120 deposit by Friday, January 12th and the remaining balance ($100 or $50 depending if you need 2 or 3 day lift ticket) will be due  by Friday February 26th. Once you place your deposit (or any other installment), it is NON-REFUNDABLE as we need to pre-purchase the lift tickets and lodging, so please be sure you can make the trip before putting in your initial deposit!

Installment 1 - DUE NOVEMBER 24th - $135  
Installment 2 - DUE JANUARY 12TH - $120 
Installment 3 - DUE FEBRUARY 16TH - $100/$50
