-Inaugural Whistler BC Trip-
OUR FLIGHT INFO:
2/23 SMF - YVR (BC) 6:00am-10:08am UA 5153 & UA 784 (1hr Layover in SFO)
2/28 YVR (BC) - SMF 4:01pm-8:02pm UA 887 & UA 5095 (1hr Layover in SFO)

Join us on our 1st ever trip to Whistler, BC - NorCal Snowboarders will be hitting up the slopes of Whistler-Blackcomb, exploring the Village Nightlife!!
Here are all the basic details:
This will be a 5 night trip, leaving Thur the 23rd, Riding Fri-Mon &, returning back to NorCal on Tues Feb 28th.
Total cost for this trip is $300 or $660 (depends on the need of lift tickets):
• LODGING - $300 This includes 5 nights stay at a 4/6 person Condo. (Ski in-Ski out)
• LIFT TICKETS $360 4 days lift tix (If you have the Mountain Collective pass, you will not need to pay this)
Additional expense no included in the above cost:
• ~$350 Airfare
• $50-$100 shuttle from Airport to Resort & back to Airport
Shuttle Options:
Pacific Coach Line (PCL) - Frequent departures from YVR, cost $69 each way
SNOWBUS - Departs from River Rock Casino (train ride from Airport), round trip cost is $69
Taxi / Minivan - Estimated cost (splitting with ~5 people is ~$50 per person. I will have a google doc with the flight info of all who attend so people that arrive together can use this option if interested.
LODGING:
We'll be staying at the Legends at Creekside Village. Each condo can sleep 4 or 6 people (1BR Condo / 2 BR condo). 1BR has a bedroom and a queen pull out couch and can sleep 4 people. 2BR Condo has 2 rooms with beds and a pull out couch and can sleep 6 people. Beds will be assigned in order of RSVP & Payment.
HOW TO JOIN:
You MUST PUT IN YOUR DEPOSIT as you RSVP. Simply RSVPing on Meetup DOES NOT guarantee you a spot!
If you're interested in this trip, you'll need to place your first deposit of $150 by Wednesday July 20th.

This is a 4 Payment Installment and all monies paid are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason, so please be sure you can make the trip before putting in your initial deposit!
Installment 1 - July 20th (Wednesday) $150 (non-refundable)
Installment 2 - Sept 16th (Friday) - $150 (non-refunable)
Installments 3 & 4 are only for peole that need lift tickets
Installment 3 - Oct 21st (Friday) -$180 (non-refutable)
Installment 4 - Nov 30th (Wednesday) -$180 (non-refundable)
