**Mountain Bike Ride at the Granite Bay Loop**

Come out and get a GREAT cardio workout this Sunday, as we ride 16 miles of single track Mtn Bike trails along Folsom Lake!!

What to bring:

• Lots of water
• Mtn bike(not road bike or hybrid)
• Helmet
• socks
• tennis shoes
• tools
• extra tubes
• snacks

We'll meet at Cavitt Stallman Jr. High at noon, then go for the ride. Once completed we'll head on over for an early dinner at The Hacienda located in downtown OLD FOLSOM overlooking Lake Natoma!!
