Redneck Road Trip - Demolition Derby Style! 
 

Join the NorCal Crew for a little hillbilly fun at the Dixon May Fair on Sunday, May 8th! You'll be able to enjoy such redneck favorites as eating meat on a stick, spitting your chew tobacco on the side of your chair instead of the traditional red plastic cup, and don't forget the best one... yell and cheer as intelligence-challenged individuals take vehicles meant for the scrapyard and run them into each other at high speeds! It's guaranteed to be a great time!

Cost for the Derby is $22 which includes all day admission to the Dixon May Fair (a $7 value). Gates for the Derby open at 5pm with the destruction starting at 6pm. Some of us may head down early to check out the fair for a bit as well.

If you feel a little daring, for a mere $30, you too can actually enter the Derby with a grand prize of $2,000!  There are a few redneck rules, including: No convertibles, foreign type cars, or Chrysler Imperials.

I wonder why no Chryslers? I mean I totally understand the foreign car thing... no self respecting redneck would ever be caught dead in a Honda!
